First Peek: 14–20 Weeks

This is when many parents love to come in for their very first look at baby. At this stage, you can often see your little one’s whole body in a single view — tiny kicks, stretches, and plenty of wiggles.

• Stay hydrated in the days leading up to your session

• Eat a light snack about an hour before

• Sip a little juice 10–15 minutes before your appointment to encourage some extra wiggles. If you’ve forgotten this step, no worries. We’ll have some juice for you at the studio.
